Everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, payments, and support 

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. We use UPS for all U.S. orders so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Returns
Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase. If you have concerns, contact us immediately at xofurluxx@gmail.com.
Discount Codes
Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Unfortunately, they cannot be added or adjusted after an order has been placed.
Shipping & Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment if the item is stocked. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Pre-order items may take up to 10 business days to ship. Once delivered, FurLuxx is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Payments
All orders are processed securely through Shopify's payment platform. We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards, installment plans, PayPal, etc.
